Webshop software

    Our webshop is developed with software from Magento. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services is shared with this party. Magento has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Magento is obliged on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption, a strong password policy and secure data storage. Magento reserves the right to share collected data within its own group and affiliated partners to further improve service delivery. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via [ZOHO] servers. [ZOHO] will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is automatically sent via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive email from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is securely stored by [ZOHO]. [ZOHO] uses cookies and other internet technologies that make it possible to see whether emails are opened and read. Office365

    We use the services of Office365 for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

    For processing (part of) the payments in our webshop we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and residential data and your payment data such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve service delivery and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in that context. All the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's service delivery for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than is permitted under legal terms.

    We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur then you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us, so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website.     When you place an order with us it is our task to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DPD to carry out the deliveries.     We sell (part of) our items via the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform then Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. We use this data to process your order.
