Right of Withdrawal

Article 10. RMA Terms and Conditions
The Buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement, provided that Tech Outlet OOD may at any time attach conditions to such cancellation at its own discretion.
A cancellation/return must always be requested and can only be processed or sent with prior written approval before the return shipment. You can request a cancellation (before goods have been shipped) through your account manager or our sales department, while a return request (for products already in transit or delivered) can be requested through the returns department ([email protected]).
Costs and damages associated with the cancellation for Tech Outlet OOD will be charged to the customer. The costs (restocking fee/handling fee) (or an estimate thereof) will be communicated in advance and depend on multiple factors, including turnover rate, supplier/manufacturer return policies, product condition, product value, and any (major) transportation costs.
The conditions set by Tech Outlet OOD for cancellation or return after shipment of ordered goods are at least (without prejudice to the right to set more and other conditions):
* Returned goods must be complete, undamaged, unopened, and unused.
* Return shipments are always at the expense and risk of the buyer.
The right to cancel/return does not apply in case of:
* Software, computer programs whose seal has been broken;
* Digital software/licenses, physical licenses, warranty packages, or other personal products;
* Products specially ordered or assembled for you;
* Limited stock and bargain corner products;
* Products for which Tech Outlet OOD expressly states that the right does not apply.
*Courtesy cancellation or return of the above products may be possible for certain products but will be charged at least 25%.

Article 10.1 General Warranty
The counterparty is only entitled to warranty from Tech Outlet OOD if and to the extent that Tech Outlet OOD (still) receives warranty from its supplier or manufacturer, except insofar as mandatory legal provisions prescribe a more extensive warranty. Tech Outlet OOD is not bound to any further warranty or liability.
The counterparty is only entitled to warranty from Tech Outlet OOD if the counterparty has fulfilled all payment obligations to Tech Outlet OOD.
Any warranty obligation expires if the counterparty itself makes or has made modifications or repairs to the delivered goods, or in case of damage that is not the result of normal use.
Article 10.1 Manufacturer's Warranty on New Retail Products

The Buyer can consult the manufacturer's warranty terms on the relevant manufacturer's website, in connection with the article number and serial number.

Article 10.2 RMA Reasons

Defective Goods
In case of defective items, the buyer must include an accurate complaint description using an RMA form.
A description such as: 'is defective' / 'does not work' is not sufficient. Suppliers require a so-called status page of the defective item to be included. The buyer acknowledges that for the processing of defective goods, Customer Support will proceed according to the terms and guidelines of its suppliers and/or the product manufacturers (manufacturer's warranty). Defective goods returned in a manner that does not comply with these guidelines and conditions will be returned to the buyer without further processing. Furthermore, the buyer acknowledges that a warranty claim may be rejected on the grounds that there is an above-average failure rate (i.e., the ratio between the quantity of goods purchased from Tech Outlet OOD and the total number of defective goods). Tech Outlet OOD does not process or accept returns of goods not purchased from Tech Outlet OOD.

DOA (Dead On Arrival)

DOA within 30 days from invoice date. The buyer must arrange a DOA return shipment within 5 days after receipt of the relevant product, together with any DOA form from the manufacturer, failing which all claims in this regard will lapse.

Incorrect Delivery

An incorrect delivery may be:
Shortage: Delivered less than ordered and/or stated on the packing slip.
Overdelivery: Delivered more than ordered and/or stated on the packing slip.
Incorrect delivery: Something else delivered than ordered.
For an incorrect delivery, the buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours after receipt, failing which all claims in this regard will lapse. The latter also applies if the packaging of the relevant product has been opened or if the product has been used.
It is not possible to:
Process notifications received after this period at Tech Outlet OOD.
Accept returns of articles that have been opened or used briefly or partially.
Return without an RMA number.

Wrong Order (WO)
In case of incorrectly ordered products by the buyer, the buyer may propose to the seller whether the seller wants and/or can take the goods back. After this decision moment, the seller applies the following scale:
Notification Restocking Costs
Within 10 working days 15% for unopened boxes in original packaging.
After 10 working days will no longer be processed.

Digital products, such as software, licenses, and vouchers;
Hygiene products, such as earplugs;

Transport Damage (TD)
In case of visible transport damage, the buyer must have a note/remark placed on the Proof of Delivery/CRM, as well as notify Tech Outlet OOD in writing or by email (Customer Support: [email protected]) within 24 hours of the transport damage, failing which the shipment will be considered received correctly and undamaged.

Hidden Transport Damage (TD)
If the transport damage is not visible and is only discovered after opening the box or pallet, the buyer must notify Tech Outlet OOD in writing or by email (Customer Support: [email protected]) within 2 working days after receipt, failing which the shipment will be considered received correctly and undamaged.
