We supply the business lines of all major brands, including HP EliteBook/ProBook, Lenovo ThinkPad/ThinkBook, Dell Latitude/Pro and Microsoft Surface. This includes the latest generation of AI-ready laptops with NPU (such as Intel Core Ultra and AMD Ryzen AI) for Copilot workflows, local AI models and other AI applications.
Every model comes with a full manufacturer warranty and can optionally be extended with official warranty packages up to five years.
Workstations
For CAD, 3D rendering, data analysis, AI development and video production, we supply both mobile and desktop workstations. Think HP ZBook, Lenovo ThinkStation and Dell Precision – new, with volume discounts on larger orders.

Volume discount on new IT hardware
At consumer webshops you pay the same price for one laptop or fifty. At TechOutlet it works differently: the larger your order, the sharper the unit price. This also applies to mixed orders within the same product category.
- 5–10 units: automatically a sharper rate than the webshop price, without negotiation.

From our warehouse in Wijchen we ship six days a week (Saturday via DPD). Orders placed before 19:00 go out the same day. NL/BE: typically within 24 hours with DHL Next Day or 1–2 days with DPD. Eastern Europe is served from Sofia.

Full EU manufacturer warranty
You can contact HP, Lenovo, Dell or Microsoft directly for warranty service. We are of course happy to assist with handling if you prefer. Official warranty packages up to 3 or 5 years are optional.

Does TechOutlet sell new or refurbished products?
TechOutlet sells exclusively brand-new products. All equipment is delivered in original packaging with a full EU manufacturer warranty. We do not deal in second-hand, refurbished or reconditioned hardware unless otherwise stated.
How does the volume discount work at TechOutlet?
From five units you automatically receive a sharper rate. For ten units or more, we prepare a custom quote with additional volume discount. For project orders of fifty or more units, we contact you personally for terms. The discount also applies to mixed orders within the same product category.
Which brands does TechOutlet supply?
We supply business hardware from HP, Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, HPE, Aruba, Asus, Samsung and Poly. All products are sourced through official distribution channels.
How fast does TechOutlet deliver?
Orders placed before 19:00 are shipped the same day from our warehouse in Wijchen. Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium is typically within 24 hours with DHL and 1–2 days with DPD. Six days a week, including Saturday with DPD. For Bulgaria and Eastern Europe we deliver from our warehouse in Sofia.
Does TechOutlet also deliver to private individuals?
TechOutlet.eu is primarily aimed at business customers (B2B). A valid VAT number or Chamber of Commerce number is required for orders. Dutch and Belgian private individuals can order via our Bol.com channel.
Does TechOutlet offer Windows Autopilot registration?
Yes. For orders of 10 units or more, we can register devices in Windows Autopilot so your IT department can immediately enroll them via Microsoft Intune, without manual configuration per device.
