Full-time remote role based in Bulgaria (must be in BG ≥51% of the time). Perfect for recent university graduates who love technology, talking to people, and learning fast.
Important: A large part of your day will be on the phone (and Microsoft Teams), contacting customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, and other EU countries.
Own a client portfolio: build and nurture relationships with B2B customers.
Outbound & inbound calling: understand needs and recommend solutions (laptops, workstations, docks, monitors, services & warranties).
Prospect & book meetings: outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn; schedule demos.
Quote & close: prepare offers, negotiate terms, and win deals.
Grow accounts: expand with bundles (e.g., laptop + dock + monitor) and services.
Keep CRM clean: log activities, forecast, and maintain accurate data.
Coordinate with vendors: work with HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft on pricing, promos, and trainings.
Recent university graduate (any discipline). No prior sales experience required.
Excellent customer service mindset and follow-through.
Strong communication in Bulgarian, Dutch, and English.
Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone; confident, clear, and friendly.
Self-managed, organized, and effective working remotely.
Weekly sessions on AI technology (incl. Microsoft Copilot).
Hardware/software product trainings and vendor certifications (HP, Lenovo, Microsoft).
Sales skills: discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and proposal writing.
Structured onboarding with weekly coaching.
Base salary + commission.
